Terms of Service

1) The online store Moowi.eu is operated by PRS Group Andrzej Sowula, located at 30/3 Wodna, 30-719 Kraków, Poland, entered into the register of business activity conducted by the Mayor of Krakow under the registration number: 913/2004; tax identification number: PL813-288-79-49; REGON: 691757972, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or “We”.

2) Moowi.eu sells products via the Internet.

3) Orders are accepted via the Internet. To place an order, you have to fill out the order form. After placing an order, you shall be sent an e-mail message confirming that the order was received by the Seller.

4) A contract between you and the Seller is confirmed by clicking the “Place order” button. This button is located on the last page, closing the ordering process at Moowi.eu.

5) The contract covers the product mentioned in the order. The rights and obligations of the parties arising from the contract are governed by the Polish Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws of 1964. No. 16, Item 93, as amended) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

6) The contract of sale of goods is concluded in accordance with the Polish law.

7) The competent court for any disputes arising from the contract of sale is the court competent for the defendant or the court competent for the place of performance of the contract.

8) Should the goods covered by the contract be unavailable, you shall be immediately informed about that fact. Then you shall decide whether the contract is to be executed partially or completely cancelled.

9) A limited number of items are intended for promotional sales and clearance sales. Orders are executed based on their reception dates until the depletion of stocks covered by this form of sales.

10) All prices are given in Euros and include VAT. The price of each item is binding at the time the Buyer places an order. The Seller reserves the right to change prices of items on offer, introduce new items to its offer in the online store, carry out and cancel promotional actions in the online store or make changes in them.

11) The Buyer can pay for the ordered items using one of the following forms of payment:

– Via bank transfer to the Seller’s account
– Via PayPal

12) Personal information given in the order form of the online store Moowi.pl is collected and processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Data Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item. 926). The collected personal data is used only for the purposes of carrying out orders and to inform about promotional activities and in any case it will not be shared with third parties. Every customer of our shop has the right to access, modify and delete their personal information from our database. Learn more about our privacy policy.


13) SHIPPING POLICY. The Seller ships to all the countries around the world. Most of the orders within Europe are delivered in 4-10 days and it takes 7-20 days to deliver them to other continents. All orders are sent via priority service of the Polish Post. Orders are sent after the required amount of money has cleared in the Seller’s account;

When placing an order, please select the desired delivery option from the checkbox. Once you have placed your order, you shall be sent an order confirmation via email confirming the status of your order.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the package, the destination address and the selected option of delivery. As the delivery charges are particularly high for certain products and certain countries, we reserve the right to calculate the actual delivery costs involved independently of the amounts indicated. We will check with you first before dispatching the items – we will email you an invoice with the shipping cost included. Be also advised that your local government may charge international trade taxes or customs duties upon the arrival of the package, which are not the responsibility of the Seller.

The cost of delivery to the U.S. and Canada:

The cost of delivery to Australia and New Zealand:

14) RETURNS. The Buyer may return the purchased items within 14 days of their delivery. After 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We shall reimburse all payments received from the Buyer, including the costs of delivering the items (however, no more than the amount of the least expensive ordinary delivery offered by the Seller).

Once your return is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund shall be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@moowi.eu.
To return your item, you should mail it to: Wodna 30/3, Kraków, 30-719, Poland. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced item to reach you may vary.

15) COMPLAINTS. If, after receiving the purchased items you find physical defects in them, you should send them back by mail to the address Moowi.eu, Wodna 30/3, 30-719 Krakow, Poland. You may send complaints regarding the concluded contract to info@moowi.eu or send a complaint letter to our physical address. The correct complaint should contain at least the following:

– your name, address, and e-mail address,
– the date of conclusion of the agreement giving rise to the complaint,
– the subject of the complaint, indicating your request,
– all the circumstances justifying the complaint.

If the data given in the complaint need to be supplemented, before examining the complaint we shall ask you to provide us with additional information in the indicated time limit. We shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt in the correct form. The answer to the complaint shall be sent by us to the specified e-mail or traditional mail address.

We do not accept any packages sent via COD shipment. We return the costs associated with defective items immediately after receiving and considering your complaint. To process the complaint, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items damaged will be replaced with items of good quality, and if it is impossible (for example, due to exhaustion of stocks), we shall return you the equivalent of the price of the item or offer a choice of other items available in the store.


From March 1 until further notice we do not ship orders outside of the EU territory due to the Covid-19 breakout. Sorry for the inconvenience.
